Talent Campus Engagement Key Responsibilities Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations. Organize and represent the company in job fairs, campus talks, and internship programs. Manage end-to-end recruitment for fresh graduates and internship roles. Implement talent engagement strategies to strengthen employer brand visibility in schools. Coordinate with department heads to align hiring needs with campus recruitment initiatives. Track campus engagement activities and generate reports for management review. Recruitment The Recruitment Associate will take accountability for tactical recruiting both technical (Architects, Interior Design, Engineers) and support roles including managerial level needs. This will involve working with hiring managers on the qualification of needs and driving the execution of fulfilling those needs. Job Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring programs achieve business objectives by filling staffing requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely basis. Monitors the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements Develop and administer an effective ongoing recruitment process Coordinates with Operations and other departments to achieve recruitment headcounts and milestones. Works closely with all levels of management to satisfy recruiting needs. Does continuous research and knowledge acquisition on recruitment tactics and needs on how to attract top talent. Develops recruitment plans, goals, strategies, and activities. Establishes and maintains a recruiting network with various schools, training centers, and potential organizations that can provide/endorse a pool of applicants. Maintain & make recommendations for recruiting databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems Provides qualitative and quantitative recruitment statistical reports Develops and produces reports and metrics that assist in forecasting, measuring, and evaluating recruitment activity and quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communication, or related field. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; confident in dealing with schools and student groups. With experience in recruitment or campus engagement is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply . Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple school-based activities. Willing to travel for campus events when required. Preferably at least 1 year of experience in recruitment & selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts, and principles Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills Ability to control and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
