What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
  • Provide clear, accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and maintain proper documentation
  • Meet individual and team goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • At least a Senior High School graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in a voice or BPO account is an advantage, but not required
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
  • Willing to work on night shifts
  • Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City
