Duties and Responsibilities

Develops, implements and maintains cost controls of different projects and provides centralized planning and scheduling on all projects.

Determines Project Objectives in working with the Client and the Engineering Team, and contribute to the development of a comprehensive project plan.

Outlines project requirements

Responsible in budgeting and cost management of the project

Develops and maintains a detailed cost control system

Performs analytical reviews, and checks cost report documentation

Presents cost status and forecast updates to Project Management and clients

Coordinates to all projects sites to ensure that objectives are met within budget

Verifies progress and identifies any potential and critical issues

Recommends recovery plans and updates the schedules and budgets accordingly

Job Specifications

Min. Educational Attainment: College Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed

Minimum Experience: at least 4 years related experience

Min. Skills/Trainings Required: proficiency in the use and operation of Planning and Scheduling program such as Primavera / MS Project. Ability to multi-task and good in communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Project Control Engineer: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PRC License Registered Civil Engineer (Preferred)
