MDBI Construction Corp. is seeking a talented Project Planning and Control Officer to join our team on a contract basis in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing work sequence and methodology, monitor subcontractor work, oversight for our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget while and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Your role

  • Lead the project team in the creation of Master Contract Programme (MCP).
  • Assist CMG in the creation of Project Pre-Execution Plan (PrEP).
  • Assist COG in the creation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
  • Monitor projects' SQTC status.
  • Compare and analyze projects' status versus baseline targets.
  • Assist in the formulation of actions necessary to meet projects' SQTC targets.
  • Report projects' performance to ACE Team.
  • Assist in the creation and justification of EOT claims.
  • Maintain accomplishment and productivity records of projects handled.
  • Provide project reports to Planning and Control Area Supervisor / Planning and Control OpCen Supervisor.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
