Job Description

As a Meta Specialist, you'll manage and optimize META ad campaigns, monitor analytics, and integrate AI tools to streamline workflows. You'll help build a performance marketing function from the ground up, turning insights into impact across multiple digital channels.

Shift: Day Shift (QLD 9 AM - 6 PM), Mondays to Fridays, Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Down-to-earth, friendly, supportive, and results-driven personality
• Experience setting up and managing META ads and content
• Familiarity with email marketing, analytics, and automation tools
• Proficiency in using AI tools for workflow efficiency
• Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of data-driven marketing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Haves:

• CRM management (highly desirable)
• Experience in other media channels that complement business objectives
• Creative input and development on both organic and paid content

Your Daily Tasks

• Set up and manage META ads and content
• Track analytics and performance metrics for META campaigns
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, nurturing the audience effectively
• Integrate relevant AI tools into daily workflows
• Ensure all marketing activities are linked into the CRM as required
• Collaborate with the team to refine communication workflows and lead assignments
• Generate and analyze non-META performance data to inform business strategy
