Your Impact
As SAP Technology Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on ABAP development with leadership, strategy, and innovation. You'll oversee design, coding, and deployment, ensuring our solutions are high-quality, scalable, and aligned with SAP best practices. You'll also mentor developers, guide technical decisions, and work closely with clients to turn business requirements into robust SAP solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of onsite/offshore ABAP developers across SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
- Oversee ABAP development including reports, enhancements, interfaces, SmartForms/Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and object-oriented development
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to SAP standards
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in blueprinting, solution design, testing, and go-lives
- Drive SAP innovation by leveraging S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP
- Support presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, effort estimation, and client presentations
- Establish ABAP development standards, reusable libraries, and governance practices
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, budgets, and ensure proper documentation
Who Are You?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of hands-on ABAP development experience across SAP modules
- 3+ years in a leadership or team lead role, mentoring developers and managing resources
- Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations, including development, integration, testing, and deployment
- Strong understanding of SAP integration points, clean core principles, and modern ABAP practices
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
