Our ERP Platform is seeking a SAP Basis Lead to join our team in Philippines. In this position you will manage and lead our SAP Basis team, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability of SAP systems across all markets.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the SAP Basis team, driving high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Plan and coordinate SAP projects (installations, upgrades, migrations) with minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Service Requests, Change, and Incident Management.
• Monitor SAP systems as second-level support and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP infrastructure with business objectives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; SAP certifications (e.g., SAP HANA, NetWeaver) preferred.
• Deep knowledge of SAP systems (NetWeaver, HANA), OS (Windows/Linux), and DB administration (MS SQL, ASE, HANA).
• Proven experience in SAP project planning, team leadership, and operational management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
