JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Study and review all existing system and process workflow, procedure and policy.
  • Document all system and process workflow, procedure and policy.
  • Analyze and identify problems and concerns, develop solutions and/or improvements that will simplify, enhance and achieve high work efficiency.
  • Develop standard operating process and/or procedures and make sure that it is properly documented, coordinated and discussed to all concerned members, and heads/supervisor.
  • Monitor implementations of the standard operating process and/or procedures and ensure close coordination with heads and supervisors.
  • Regularly review and validate results of the implementations of the standard operating process and/or procedures and come up with adjustment if needed.

JOB QUALIFICATION/S:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • minimum of 1 year of work experience in handling process improvement positions.
  • Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of process engineering software systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical, have problem-solving skills, resourceful, effective oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • willing to be assigned in Laguna St., Sta. Cruz, Manila
