Your Role:

As a
Process Engineer
, you will:

• Collaborate with client teams to understand and document workflows using tools such as summary documents, process maps, or schematics.
• Conduct thorough analyses to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate tools and solutions to enhance service delivery, determining whether to implement in-house or through external vendors.
• Liaise with partners and vendors to explore off-the-shelf solutions where appropriate.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies using proven methodologies in partnership with internal subject matter experts and client teams.
• Evaluate process improvement opportunities ranging from simple adjustments to advanced automation options using RPA or AI.
• Create detailed technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and specifications for new services or tools, considering ease of implementation and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct testing and prototyping to validate new services and systems against design and performance standards.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and deployment of new systems or software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain service consistency and prevent performance issues.
• Lead process optimization initiatives from start to finish, including scoping, stakeholder management, and progress reporting.
• Track and document pre- and post-optimization results to measure efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Train delivery centers on new services and optimization initiatives to ensure consistent understanding and application.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop use cases, white papers, and case studies highlighting successful optimization projects.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related role within an outsourcing company.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Proven project management experience, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proficiency in English.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with RPA, AI, ML, or other automation technologies.
• Familiarity with outsourcing tools and design methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments and global teams.
• Ability to lead change management initiatives and train cross-functional teams effectively.
