This role is focused on developing high quality content and building strong backlink profiles to drive measurable traffic growth. You'll report directly to our Content Manager, and play a key part in elevating our brand's visibility across multiple digital channels.

You'll be responsible for leading the charge on link building, improving our domain authority, and finding creative ways to grow organic reach. While much of our on-page SEO is already in good shape, there's plenty of opportunity to refine and enhance what's there.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Develop and execute white-hat link building strategies
  • Research and pursue outreach opportunities for backlinks and brand mentions
  • Create and edit SEO-friendly content that aligns with Hey Jack's tone and values
  • Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and link performance
  • Suggest improvements for on-page SEO and content structure
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting wins, insights, and next steps
  • Collaborate closely with Renee and the marketing team on overall content direction
