Job Title: In-House Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The In-House Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, handling client inquiries, and supporting the sales process from lead qualification to closing, while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing and internal channels.
- Present company products or services to prospective clients and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic contracts in coordination with management.
- Close sales and ensure accurate documentation and endorsement to operations or delivery teams.
- Maintain and update client records, pipelines, and sales reports.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office or CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
