office services. We're proud of our success as Australia's largest outsourcer to the

Philippines and as our Payments Officer, you'll be responsible to review refund processed to customers account and provide approval of credit request. You will also be responsible to evaluate chargeback request and identify if this is a fraudulent activity.

As an Acquire Intelligence employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit Card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire Intelligence.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE


• Review/Process Refund requests and apply refund policy to approve or deny requests.

• Where a request is denied, provide feedback to Agent/customer as to why refund was denied.

• Review credit card data and analyze for payment trends.

• Identify / Review and Remove Invalid cards details from customer profiles.

• Contact customers to obtain updated payment details. Monitor & action accounts that

have credit balances.

• Contact active customers to adjust payment instalments that are excessive for

consumption o Contact Inactive customers with credit balance to arrange refund following the guidelines of the refund policy.

• Keep, update, and maintain a register of accounts with credit balances that are unable to

be returned (unclaimed money) in accordance with the various state revenue office

legislation.

• Investigation of missing payments.

• Identify and action accounts that are being paid into the wrong account.

• Review and action high risk transactions (e.g. multiple payments using different cards).

• Investigation of all unallocated funds with the goal to identify owner and apply payments

to the correct accounts.

A BIT ABOUT YOU


• 1-2 yrs BPO experience preferably with Chargebacks, Fraud and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Computer literate (with proficiency in MS Excel (above average- knowledgeable on pivot tables, simple macros), MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
