Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional with a pleasing personality to join our team as a Leasing and Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying strategic store locations, negotiating with mall managements and lessors, and supporting the company's expansion and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout and evaluate potential store/branch locations
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with leasing officers, mall representatives, and property owners
  • Negotiate lease terms and secure favorable locations
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for location-based campaigns
  • Prepare and present location proposals to management
  • Maintain a database of prospective and existing locations

Qualifications:

  • With a pleasing and professional personality
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or business development
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with leasing processes in malls or commercial spaces is a big advantage
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel when needed
  • Organized, proactive, and confident in dealing with people

Preferrably with:

  • Experience dealing with leasing departments of malls or commercial developers
  • Network with property owners and leasing companies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php23,000.00 per month
