About the Role

We're looking for hands-on and driven Project Managers to lead the setup and delivery of temporary living quarters.This includes air-conditioned tents, sanitation facilities, and power supply systems.

The role requires strong coordination, technical oversight, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise the setup of tents, A/C units, toilets, showers, water supply, and electrical systems.

Oversee generator setup, including load calculations, fuel planning, and preventive maintenance.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Monitor project budget, timeline, and procurement activities.

Ensure full compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and quality control.

Conduct final site inspections and turnover of completed facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Event Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

3–5 years' experience in project management, preferably in events, logistics, or temporary facility setup.

Solid understanding of generator systems and electrical load distribution.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).

Can thrive under pressure and meet tight project timelines.
