Core responsibilities

  • Project oversight: Manage construction operations and ensure they align with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Technical guidance: Provide technical advice and solve problems that arise during construction.
  • Quality and safety: Ensure work is performed correctly, monitor progress, conduct quality assurance, and enforce health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Team coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals.
  • Budget and schedule management: Oversee project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Documentation: Prepare site reports, log progress, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineer Graduate
  • With or Without Licensed
  • 2 to 5 years experience in Construction Field
  • COSH Certificate
