Project Coordination: Coordinates closely with airport authorities, concessionaires, contractors, and other stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions while meeting refurbishment milestones.

Technical Supervision and Quality Control: Oversees construction and refurbishment works, ensuring strict compliance with design specifications, engineering standards, and airport safety and security protocols. Conducts site inspections and supervises subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high quality and safety standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all works comply with aviation regulations, environmental guidelines, and local building codes, coordinating with regulatory bodies for permits and approvals.

Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identifies potential risks, including operational and safety concerns in an active airport environment, and implements mitigation strategies. Addresses technical challenges promptly to keep the project on track.

Stakeholder Communication: Acts as the primary liaison between project teams, airport management, airlines, and concessionaires, facilitating clear communication and timely resolution of Issues.

Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Tracks project progress against schedules, prepares detailed reports and presentations for senior management and airport authorities, and documents any changes or deviations.

Documentation and Closeout: Maintains thorough records of construction activities, change orders. permits, and as-built documentation. Ensures proper project closeout procedures are followed
