Job Objective

The Project Manager(PM) shall represent the company in dealing with construction project management, quantity surveyors, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and local government agencies who are involved with the development and project implementation. As a Project Manager, he will make sure that the project shall be completed in accordance with the budget, quality, and its timeline.

Duties and responsibilities


• Shall be responsible for the project and assignments tasked to him by the Construction Management Head.


• Conducts coordination with 3rd party construction management team, quantity surveyors for the smooth project progress.


• Conducts coordination or consultation with statutory authorities for the appropriate permit and licenses required to implement the construction of the projects.


• Assist in the review plans prior to bid and implementation.


• Shall conduct technical inspection and will coordinate with contractors so that the project will complete safely, with quality and timely.


• He will be tasked to prepare cost monitoring and cash flows.


• Responsible for anticipating and managing variation orders.


• He will recommend billings for payment.

Qualifications


• Education –Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering


• Specialized knowledge – Project construction and Management


• Skills – Auto CADD and other basic computer programs


• Abilities – Can manage construction and work under pressure.


• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics –Eager and Diligent.


• Professional Certification – Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.


• Experience – at least 8 years relevant experience in construction.

Working conditions


• Will be site based, however, will be required to report on head office as needed.


• May occasionally be under pressure and possibly extended hours to meet project/work completion.
