Job Description:

  • Identify and secure all required permits, clearances, and approvals from LGUs and national government agencies.
  • Prepare and submit complete and compliant permit application packages, including site plans, building permits, barangay clearances, ECC/CNC documents, and other supporting materials.
  • Monitor and track the status of all permits and approvals, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive resolution of issues or delays.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with LGU officials, agency representatives, and utility providers to support smooth permitting processes. Ensure adherence to relevant laws such as the Ease of Doing Business Act, Common Tower Policy, and other applicable national/local regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site acquisition, construction, and legal teams to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met before project execution. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all permitting documentation using internal systems or trackers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in permitting or regulatory compliance within the telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure sectors in the Philippines.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes and requirements for telecom sites (towers, small cells, fiber) across various LGUs and national agencies.
  • Working knowledge of local building codes, environmental compliance, zoning ordinances, and right-of-way (ROW) requirements.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino; ability to interact with government officials and community stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project tracking tools.
  • Experience with GIS, CAD, or permit tracking systems is a plus.
