Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Encoder who can efficiently input, manage, and update information in our database. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling large volumes of data with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update product listings, stock levels, and pricing information
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and sales transactions
  • Verify and correct any discrepancies in inventory and sales reports
  • Maintain supplier and customer records in the database
  • Generate reports for sales, inventory, and supplier analysis

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good typing speed and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
