Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced in Door Hardware Estimator based in the Philippines to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate take-offs and quotes from architectural plans for residential and commercial door hardware projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
  • Prepare detailed hardware schedules and quotations.
  • Liaise with our Australian sales and purchasing team.
  • Ensure all products specified meet customer and compliance requirements.
  • Follow up with clarifications and revisions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of estimating experience in door hardware.
  • Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and plan reading.
  • Willingness to work in Australian business hours.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Australian or international companies.
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Construction
