PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Procurement Executive/Buyer is responsible in sourcing, ordering of materials required in a timnely manner and shipment. Ensuring highest commitment to the company by satisfying the customer needs with quality work and efficiency.

This is a "Work from home in Philippines" and a Contract position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Source and procure items required.
  2. Work and coordinate closely with site, vendors, PM, QS and other related functions in sourcing/procuring required items, via emails, whatsapp call, texting, etc.
  3. Do competitive Bidding when required for new purchases to ensure cost competitiveness without sacrificing quality
  4. Create Quotations and orders using Microsoft Dynamics and maintain records/file in the system
  5. Request for Client System PO and send PI/SO to Procurement - Site for Direct orders 
  6. Maintain and monitor purchase orders and ship items according to the required dates
  7. Arrange and coordinate closely the shipment request with the Logistic team/appointed forwarders
  8. Build and establish rapport with Suppliers for service & quality improvement
  9. Liaise and resolve/close any quality related issues with the vendors and site
  10. Other ad-hoc jobs related to sourcing & procurement.
  11. Ensure Procurement Process target is achieved (ie. Issuance of PO within 2 days upon accounts release info)
  12. Adheres company's guidelines with regards to Procurement and Quality. 
  13. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

  3. Commercial Awareness – ability to understand the Reo Impex business process and procedure in order to come up with necessary actions or solution to make the work effective and efficient.
  4. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
  5. Drives Result – consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. Results might be quantifiable – measured in terms in P&L, sales growth, customer satisfaction ratings, new product launched. Qualitative result  -- an enhanced reputation among customers, a more vibrant brand that attracts customer and employee talent.

WORK TYPE: : Contractual/Project and or Service Base

WORK MODE: : Work from Home, 9AM-6PM (Mon-Fri), follow Singapore timing and Holidays

REQUIREMENTS: : Have a allocated space for working (away from distractions or noise)

Has own Laptop (minimum Intel Core i5), with working camera and mic/speaker

Good Internet Connection

Workable Printer (Good to have/optional)
