
Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the local marketing mix (6Ps - Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotions).
- Recommend and implement pricing for new SKUs and promotions for product line up.
- Lead brand campaigns and innovations to drive business growth.
- Strategic project management, building project timelines and defining key milestones and responsibilities for effective progress on on-time launches.
- Grow e-commerce presence through formulation and implementation of campaigns and innovations with partners.
Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and submit reports to management.
Ensure target margins are achieved or exceeded.
- Maintain or grow sales volume through healthy product mix and pricing by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and competition.
- Create realistic sales forecasts after factoring in historical data, market conditions, set objectives and marketing plans.
- Carry out market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities by understanding customer needs categorizing technology drivers, and following broader industry trends.
- Oversee product development, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the product meets customers' needs.
- Collaborate with trade partners on the implementation of marketing activities, present key brand growth initiatives.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand management role, preferably within the FMCG or the Beauty Retail industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that have driven measurable business results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficienct in Project Management, and highly organized
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
