We're looking for a Multimedia Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and creativity to a wide range of digital projects, video, design, web, social, and interactive content.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end management of multimedia projects—from concept to delivery
  • Coordinate designers, videographers, editors, animators, developers, and marketers
  • Plan scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Oversee content calendars and production schedules
  • Ensure consistency and high creative quality across all outputs
  • Serve as the main bridge between creative teams and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot challenges, remove blockers, and manage risks
  • Track KPIs and optimize workflows for future projects
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in multimedia, video, creative, or digital project management
  • Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Familiarity with production workflows (video, design, animation, web)
  • Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Trello, , etc.)
  • Understanding of creative software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, After Effects)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
  • Degree in Project Management, Media, Communications, or similar
  • PM certifications
  • Agency or in-house creative team experience
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
