QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

With 3–5 years of solid experience as a project manager or similar role

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Excellent in planning, scheduling, and project cost control

Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction software

Licensed Engineer or Architect is an advantage

Can start ASAP

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage overall site operations and project progress
  • Lead and supervise project team, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure timely completion of project within budget and quality standards
  • Prepare reports, monitor costs, and resolve site issues
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
