Scrum Master

Job description:

We are looking for a Scrum Master with at least 2 years of experience to facilitate Agile development and ensure smooth sprint execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to promote Agile best practices and deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews
  • Ensure the Scrum framework is effectively followed, removing roadblocks to team progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
  • Coach the development team on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
  • Identify and resolve impediments that could affect sprint goals.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and drive Agile maturity across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.
