Customer Service Specialist (Cebu Branch) The Customer Service Specialist contributes to smooth customer experiences by ensuring high availability and reliability of various platforms/touchpoints used by our customers. They address customer issues as required by a given business scenario. Responsibilities Resolve incidents and issues as they arise. Ensure that raised production tickets are closed within SLA. Review and assess Service Requests raised by Business and ensure development is within committed schedule. Act as an alternate Scrum Master whenever the need arises. Assist the Scrum Master and Product Owner in managing the Tribe. Act as a pseudo–Product Owner. Collect data and perform customer data analysis to recommend value‑adding, differentiated solutions/services. Provide customer insights from data collection and perform analysis of solutions, gaps, customer research and competitor products and offerings. Act as first‑in‑line for customer touchpoint and engagements. Provide inputs for customer solutions powered by data analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, customer service, or any related field. Knowledge in life insurance operations and financial services. Working knowledge and hands‑on experience in using Microsoft Office applications (preferably including Visio). Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
