The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to drive brand growth and engagement in the Philippines market. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen brand positioning, support patient acquisition, and enhance lead generation.

The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who can balance local execution with regional alignment, while bringing creativity and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localised marketing and communications strategies aligned with regional direction from Singapore.
  • Lead brand campaigns, PR, digital content and on-ground activations to drive awareness and patient engagement in the Philippines.
  • Collaborate with regional social media team to oversee and curate content for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build partnerships with companies, corporate clients, and referral networks to drive patient referrals.
  • Serve as the key link between the Philippines market and the Singapore regional team, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring brand quality and local relevance.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Monitor healthcare trends in Philippines, conduct competitor analysis, and provide regular updates.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in healthcare or related industries.
  • Strong background in brand management, advertising and events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and report remotely into Singapore.
  • Creative, analytical, and adaptable with experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Additional details

  • Permanent and direct hire engagement
  • Hybrid arrangement; 3days onsite and 2days WFH
  • Monday to Friday; dayshift schedule
  • Office in Ortigas Center, Pasig

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
