What is your mission?

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to design and execute engagement strategies across email and digital channels. You will manage communication calendars, create member-facing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that drive member engagement across wellbeing platforms.
  • Plan and maintain communication calendars aligned with product updates, content releases, and campaigns.
  • Build, write, and schedule member-facing email campaigns focused on engagement and adoption.
  • Manage segmentation, audience setup, and personalization strategies within email marketing tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Write and produce promotional materials including newsletters, resource guides, and in-platform messages.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging digital assets for campaigns.
  • Support Client Success teams by developing customizable communication templates.
  • Track engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and activation levels; provide reporting and insights.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital campaign management, email marketing, or marketing communications.
  • Proven experience writing customer/member-facing communications.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM tools (must-have).
  • Strong writing and editing skills for clear, engaging messaging.
  • Ability to manage digital campaign workflows and analyze performance metrics.
  • Basic understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
  • Experience developing communication strategies for B2B, SaaS, wellness, or employee engagement programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of engagement lifecycle and onboarding strategies.
  • Creative approach to simplifying complex systems into clear communication.
  • Familiarity with design collaboration for digital assets.
