QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with atleast 1 year experience.
  • Strong communication skills preferredDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare weekly cash position reports.
  • Handle monthly bank reconciliations and timely processing of supplier payments.
  • Manage government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax filings via EFPS.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC.
  • Maintain accurate financial schedules and clean up outstanding balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports and manual books of account.
  • Support project budget monitoring and evaluate financial performance.
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships
