Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and accurate transportation and delivery while maintaining strong communication with carriers, vendors, and internal teams. The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in inventory flow, shipping accuracy, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Schedule and manage transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners
  • Prepare and process shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies
  • Communicate shipment status and updates to internal departments and customers
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment logs, and inventory movement data
  • Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable transportation regulations
  • Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams to support operations
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
  • Working knowledge of shipping methods (LTL, FTL, small parcel, international preferred)
  • Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
