Job Summary: Encode sales and determine incentive allocation in accordance with the company's Incentive or Commission Program.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Encode nationwide sales per region;
  • Encode and document sales return and/or sales discrepancy;
  • Compute Incentive and Commission according to the company's Incentive or Commission Program;
  • Prepares Sales Report for the EVP for Sales (net of deductions);
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any equivalent business course.
  • With or without work experience. Newly graduates may apply.
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient with MS Office Application (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Tech Savvy, can easily learn and adapt to accounting software
  • Can complete assigned tasks in time/on or before the deadline
  • Someone who is willing to work onsite. The office is located at BTTC Centre, Greenhills, San Juan City.
