We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to provide comprehensive support to our accounting department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and can handle a wide range of accounting-related tasks — from supplier coordination and price checking to sales monitoring, forecasting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Price Monitoring & Verification

  • · Check and validate supplier prices to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compare quotations and assist in identifying the best supplier options.

Supplier Coordination & Purchasing

  • · Prepare and process purchase orders and supplier requests.
  • Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, invoices, and payment schedules.
  • Maintain updated supplier contact records and price lists.

Sales Monitoring & Inventory Planning

  • Monitor sales performance of key products and identify items that need to be replenished.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to order additional stock based on sales trends and forecasted demand.
  • Support inventory planning by providing data-driven recommendations for restocking and purchasing.

Accounting Support & Documentation

  • · Assist in recording and organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Support daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Help with reconciliation of accounts and preparation of basic financial reports.

Forecasting & Budget Support

  • · Assist in gathering data for monthly/quarterly expense forecasts.
  • Monitor purchasing trends and contribute to budget planning.

General Department Assistance

  • · Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payment, and budget-related concerns.
  • Handle other ad hoc accounting tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager or Finance Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an accounting, purchasing, or administrative role (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
    Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Can work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Amenable to work in Cubao, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
