We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for various roles using a variety of sourcing channels. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to talent research and pipeline building. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and Identify Candidates: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, social media, and professional networking events, to find qualified candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for frequently hired and critical roles.
  • Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to engage potential candidates and promote the company's employer brand.
  • Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidates' experience, skills, motivation, and cultural fit before handing them off to the Recruiters.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand specific role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key sourcing metrics, including candidate response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline health.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related HR function.
  • Skills: Good written and communication skills are essential for effective candidate outreach, screening, and internal collaboration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude.
  • Work Arrangement: Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in our office located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
