Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for various IT roles, supporting our internal and client staffing needs. This is a critical role that helps build a strong pipeline of IT professionals to meet our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide market intelligence and sourcing insights to improve recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in IT or technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment software and productivity tools.

Work Setup

  • Work Arrangement: Full-time, Onsite
  • Shift: Mid-shift (typically starting between 2 PM to 3 PM)
  • Location: Penthouse 02, Philplans Corporate Center, 1021 Triangle Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City 1634, Philippines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
