Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist - TA, located in Taguig. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial screening and interviews, maintaining a candidate database, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals. Daily tasks include networking, creating job postings, coordinating with hiring managers, and participating in career events. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:

  • Use various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify qualified candidates.
  • Apply Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to uncover passive talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring roles.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with potential candidates and build relationships through personalized outreach.
  • Promote the employer brand and value proposition during candidate interactions.
  • Screen and qualify candidates before passing them to recruiters or hiring managers.

Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to support strategic hiring decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers.
  • Report on sourcing metrics such as pipeline health, response rates, and conversion ratios.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, job boards).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sourcing for [insert industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, insurance] is a plus.
