JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for handling of payment-related concerns and queries of Walk-In clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assistance to walk in clients within the prescribed SLA.
  2. Perform analysis of account and buyer's request.
  3. Creation of CRM ticket on billing-related buyer's requests within 24 hours.
  4. Provide assistance to both external and internal customers.
  5. Prepare reports on walk-in buyer's concerns for monitoring/assessment of Management.
  6. Inter department coordination for the client's request/concern.
  7. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Must be a graduate of any business course or its equivalent from a reputable college or university
  2. With at least 1 year of work experience related to real estate or customer service industry
  3. Must be focused, driven, team player
  4. Can work under pressure
  5. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
  6. With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate
