JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle transactions: Sell game cards or tickets, and process cash payments and other forms of payment.
  • Provide customer service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and help with any issues or concerns.
  • Manage cash: Count money accurately, balance the cash register at the end of a shift, and issue correct change.
  • Maintain the area: Keep the front desk and cashier area clean and tidy, and ensure the arcade remains organized.
  • Assist with games and prizes: Provide information about games and help customers redeem prizes if applicable.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
  • Cash handling: Excellent math skills and accuracy when dealing with money, including giving change.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and colleagues.
  • Honesty and reliability: A strong sense of integrity is crucial for handling money and working with customers.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous in performing duties, especially when handling transactions and balancing cash.

Additional responsibilities

  • Operating and maintaining the cash register and other equipment.
  • Collaborating with other staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Potentially assisting with opening or closing procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
