Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Telemarketing/Appointment Setter to join our team for a 6-week project. Your role will involve making outbound calls to prospective clients, delivering key information about our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This temporary role is perfect for someone who thrives on clear communication, enjoys connecting with people, and can identify soft sales opportunities when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
  • Clearly and confidently deliver information about our company and services.
  • Address client inquiries and handle objections professionally.
  • Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Record all interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Work towards daily and weekly goals aligned with the project timeline.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and navigate conversations effectively.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Availability to work full-time for the 6-week duration.
