Telemarketer / Call Center Representative
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow scripts and guidelines when handling various client concerns.
- Accurately gather, verify, and update client information.
- Understand and fulfill client needs, providing education or guidance when necessary.
- Schedule meetings and appointments as required.
- Maintain a balance between company policies and client satisfaction in decision-making.
- Address and resolve client concerns in the best interest of both the client and the company.
- Record all client interactions clearly and accurately in the call center database.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and team performance targets
Qualifications:
- Preferably with at least 2 years of BPO or telemarketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills; must be articulate and conversational.
- Goal-driven and thrives in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong focus on achieving results and exceeding performance goals.
- Ability to contribute in setting and achieving team and individual performance targets.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, working closely with management and peers to maximize client satisfaction.
