Telemarketer / Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines when handling various client concerns.
  • Accurately gather, verify, and update client information.
  • Understand and fulfill client needs, providing education or guidance when necessary.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments as required.
  • Maintain a balance between company policies and client satisfaction in decision-making.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in the best interest of both the client and the company.
  • Record all client interactions clearly and accurately in the call center database.
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with at least 2 years of BPO or telemarketing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be articulate and conversational.
  • Goal-driven and thrives in a target-oriented environment.
  • Strong focus on achieving results and exceeding performance goals.
  • Ability to contribute in setting and achieving team and individual performance targets.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, working closely with management and peers to maximize client satisfaction.
