We're looking for a
Customer Service Director
who is strategic, empathetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional service at scale. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoy mentoring and leading teams, and want to make a real impact on people's smiles, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor Customer Support Managers, Team Leads, and support teams across email, chat, phone, and social media channels
- Define and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and operational excellence
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and develop actionable plans to improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical) to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey
- Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and staffing for the customer support department
- Champion a culture of empathy, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving
What You Bring
- 5+ years of director-level experience in a BPO
or customer service operations - Proven leadership experience managing multi-channel support teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills
- Comfortable with CRM and support tools, as well as process improvement initiatives
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment

- Experience in dental, healthcare, or DTC industries
- Prior work in remote or startup settings
- Familiarity with scaling customer support teams
