We're Hiring: Software Engineer – AI Performance

Join a fast-growing AI SaaS company creating intelligent enterprise software that thinks, reasons, and adapts. We're looking for a Software Engineer: AI Performance to help design, benchmark, and optimize AI systems that deliver real-world impact.

Shift & Work Setup:

  • Dayshift or Midshift
  • Hybrid, 2–3x/week onsite at Cebu IT Park

What You'll Do:

  • Build AI benchmarking and performance evaluation tools
  • Develop pipelines measuring reasoning, accuracy, and user outcomes
  • Collaborate with AI/Infra teams on platforms like vLLM, Triton, Ray, Kubernetes
  • Create telemetry systems tracking latency, quality, and model performance

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–10+ years in backend, systems, or infrastructure engineering
  • Strong Python or similar (Go, Java, C#, ) skills
  • Experience with APIs and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure; Kubernetes a plus)
  • Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
  • Curiosity to learn AI benchmarking and LLM evaluation
  • Strong analytical and product intuition
  • Bonus: vector search, model tuning (LoRA, DPO), open-source contributions
