Job Description:

The Chief Planner oversees the overall planning and scheduling functions of the Subway Project. He/she ensures that project timelines, manpower and equipment loading, and cost forecasts are properly developed, tracked, and aligned with project objectives. The role requires close coordination with site operations and management to provide timely insights and recommendations for project optimization and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop detailed bid schedules including manpower and equipment loading.
  2. Monitor and analyze revenue projections to ensure targets are met.
  3. Track and compare forecast versus actual progress and provide variance reports to site management and top management.
  4. Prepare, submit, and monitor change orders and their corresponding impact on schedule and cost.
  5. Formulate data-driven and feasible recommendations to improve project efficiency, growth rate, and profitability.
  6. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
