Job Summary

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in promoting our brand, products, and services through both digital and traditional marketing channels. This position involves creating marketing materials, managing campaigns, coordinating events, and supporting sales initiatives to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and product catalogs.
  • Manage social media accounts, website updates, and other online marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help organize trade shows, client events, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar and track campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or related roles (experience in industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus).
  • Strong communication and writing skills (English & Filipino).
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
