Job Opportunity

Seeking a professional to conduct market analysis, maintain reporting tools, and extract financial data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting competitive market research to assess pricing impacts on market share and performance.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical reports.
  • Extracting and analyzing financial data using SQL for custom reporting purposes.
  • Preparing presentations for sales meetings and validating data accuracy.
  • Developing procedures and metrics to measure departmental performance.
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales, financial trends, and business conditions.
  • Preparing detailed project plans, research findings, and recommendations for management.
  • Conducting special financial and business studies as required.

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience, including business analytics and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to connect to external data sources.
  • Experience in SQL for data extraction from enterprise databases.
  • Knowledge of pricing and revenue management concepts for consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

This is an associate-level position with a contract employment type and a focus on finance within the manufacturing industry.
