Qualifications:

● Preferably Bachelor's Degree in any course

● Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate with staff at all levels of an organization

● 3 -5 years of Employee Engagement experience in a BPO setting

● Must be creative and knowledgeable in Canva, Photoshop or any graphics or video editing software

● Has an eye on designing collateral and experience in copywriting or creative writing

● Must have good negotiation skills and can bargain good deals for the account

● Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills

● Must
be detail-oriented, self-motivate, independent and a team player

● Must have an end-to-end experience in executing Engagement activities with minimal supervision

● Creative, energetic, and fun

● Has a good understanding of working with data, strong analytical and planning skills

● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

● Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (Powerpoint & MS Excel), Google spreadsheet, Canva

● Must be willing to work in Mid-shift to graveyard shift. Holidays and weekends if needed.

● Must be willing to work in Giga Center, Pasig

Responsibilities:

  1. Development of an Engagement Plan that drives Metric Performance and envelopes Company's Values End to end involvement in the employee engagement program/activities/events.
  2. Develop, enhance and implement engagement events; promoting Company's mission, vision and values
  3. Improve customer awareness, onboarding, engagement and retention
  4. Event hosting and planning for the Project and Company site-wide activities
  5. Conduct FGD, collect feedback and insights on engagement to improve future events.
  6. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business needs
