As an
Accounts Payable Assistant
, you'll help maintain our commitment to accuracy and timeliness by managing supplier invoices, processing payments, and ensuring strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process supplier invoices and payments through our digital system (with RPA integration for automation).
  • Manage PO-exempt invoices and direct debit allocations.
  • Prepare supplier payment runs following established schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct supplier statement reconciliations, apply credit notes, and request refunds as needed.
  • Maintain GRNI accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
  • Partner with Category Managers to maintain excellent supplier relationships and resolve queries.
  • Support system improvements, audits, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Could you provide first-line support to internal stakeholders via our service desk and AP inbox.
  • Continuously identify process improvements and contribute to best practices across the P2P team.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working in accounts payable, finance, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with finance systems and invoice processing workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Understanding of
