We are looking for a SAP Logistics Team Lead who will bring expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to support our clients. You'll be the trusted partner for our end-users, helping them handle complex challenges, optimize processes, and unlock the full potential of SAP.

What you'll do:

  • Independent handling of SAP support tickets in our customers' SAP systems; both ECC and S/4
  • Providing Application Management Services for our end customers in the area of SAP Logistics
  • Preparation and implementation of change requests
  • Implement adjustments efficiently and reliably
  • Processing of incidents and service request management
  • Consulting and training our customers
  • Supporting customers to make the most of their SAP landscape
  • Liaison between the project team and the AMS team to ensure seamless support and a smooth transition
  • Industry-independent

What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)

Technical Skills

  • Technical focus in one of the main logistics modules MM, SD, PP, WM and overview of the entire landscape
  • At least 5 years of experience in external consulting
  • Documentation expertise in projects or tickets

Mindset & Traits

  • Strong communication skills also with end customers
  • Unconditional willingness to learn
  • Customer orientation and awareness of the service sector
  • Strategically sustainable thinking: In the sense of an awareness of long-term cooperation and development work
  • If possible, experience in team management including team communication, incentive systems, management systems such as OKR and motivation strategies
  • Be able to explain complex relationships clearly
