About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team at RRJ TARGET MALL STA ROSA Calabarzon store. As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organisation of the store. This is a full-time position based in our target Mall Sta Rosa location.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and provide accurate change
  3. Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring the store is well-organised and presentable
  4. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking shelves
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner
  6. Collaborate with the store management team to implement sales and promotional strategies
  7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
