Key responsibilities

  • Staff supervision and training: Lead, motivate, and supervise the dining team, ensuring they are properly trained on procedures and safety.
  • Service quality: Maintain high standards for appearance, hospitality, and cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Operational management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, coordinating seating, and monitoring table turns to ensure efficiency.
  • Team coordination: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
  • Inventory and compliance: Assist with inventory management and ensure adherence to health, safety, and brand standards.
  • Leadership and communication: Communicate daily objectives, provide feedback to staff, and report issues to upper management.

Necessary skills and qualifications

  • Prior work experience in a restaurant, catering, or similar environment is required.
  • Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and high visual standards.
  • Physical ability to perform job functions, including lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Flexibility and a positive, results-oriented attitude are often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php550.00 per day
