Position Overview:

The Business Analyst will lead data analysis and provide strategic insights for specific, high-impact projects within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence key decisions for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic projects across various departments that involve complex data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and project teams to understand project objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools tailored to project needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and projects, bringing analytical expertise.
  • Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis and business analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and drive strategic change.
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of meeting project deadline
  • 2 years hands on experience in using SQL.

BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines (Onsite)

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
